How do I report a bug?
Send an email to support@bonka.app with the following information: app name and version, device type and OS version, description of the issue, and steps to reproduce the problem if possible.
Can I request a new feature?
Absolutely! We welcome feature suggestions. Send your ideas to support@bonka.app with "Feature Request" in the subject line. While we can't implement every suggestion, we carefully consider all feedback.
How do I get a refund for a purchase?
Refunds are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store where you made the purchase. You'll need to request the refund directly through their support channels as we don't process payments directly.
Is my data really private?
Yes. All data in our apps is stored locally on your device only. We have no servers, no cloud storage, and no way to access your data. When you delete the app, all data is permanently removed. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do you offer business or educational licenses?
Currently, our apps are designed for individual use. For questions about volume purchases or special arrangements, please contact us at support@bonka.app.
Which platforms are supported?
Our applications are available for iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. We require iOS 12.0 or later and Android 5.0 or later.
How do I export or backup my data?
Each app includes built-in export functionality. Look for the export option in the app's settings or menu. Data is exported in standard formats (JSON, ZIP) that you can save wherever you choose.
