1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Bonka App application ("Bonka Study," "Bonka Medica," "Bonka Case," collectively referred to as "the Applications"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Applications.

2. Description of Service

Bonka App provides privacy-focused mobile applications that operate entirely on your device. Our Applications include:

• Bonka Study: A flashcard and spaced repetition learning application
• Bonka Medica: A personal health and symptom tracking application
• Bonka Case: A personal case management application

All Applications store data locally on your device and do not require internet connectivity for core functionality.

3. Privacy and Data Ownership

Your privacy is paramount to us. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data on our servers. All data created within the Applications remains on your device and is fully under your control. For complete details, please review our Privacy Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• Backing up your data using the export features provided
• Ensuring the accuracy of any information you input
• Using the Applications in compliance with applicable laws
• Not using the Applications for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Medical Disclaimer (Bonka Medica)

Bonka Medica is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The application is designed for personal tracking purposes only. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information tracked in the application.

6. Intellectual Property

The Applications, including their design, functionality, and content (excluding user-generated content), are owned by Bonka App and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Applications
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

7. User-Generated Content

Any content you create within the Applications (study cards, health records, case notes, etc.) remains your property. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you maintain complete ownership and control over your content.

8. Premium Features and Purchases

8.1 In-App Purchases

Some features and content packs require payment. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please contact the respective store for refund requests.

8.3 License Grant

Premium purchases grant you a non-transferable license to use the premium features or content within the Application on devices associated with your app store account.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 "As Is" Basis

The Applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 No Warranty

We do not warrant that:

• The Applications will meet all your requirements
• The Applications will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Applications will be accurate or reliable

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonka App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Applications.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bonka App from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your use or misuse of the Applications, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Applications or by other means. Your continued use of the Applications after changes indicates acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Applications at any time by uninstalling them from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to premium features for violations of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bonka App regarding the use of the Applications.
